I am very excited to share today's tutorial with You all! As much as I'm happy to work along with the vinyl, I realized that it is capable of very scary unless You've never worked with it before!

Works printed adhesive vinyl with electronic cutting machine, but I just wanted to bring impact to understand that You very don't need to have a cutting machine of luxury to bring the impact of Your own vinyl decals. You can joint easily work together with vinyl printed along with just a pair of scissors or a craft knife.
However, if You are cutting intricate designs, a lot of decals, or if You just want to cut very well, right, then I would suggest cutting machine like the silhouette or Cricut. I wear silhouette, and will guide You through the basic steps of working together with the machine, but the basic steps will work for if You cut with the Cricut or with the hands.
Step one-prepare the design and print.
If You cut the decals with Your hand, then You just need to take advantage of the photo editing software of any kind (or more words-more work) to put Your design on 8.5 x 11 size page and print it out take advantage of inkjet printer. That's it!
If You work with the silhouette, You have to arrange Your documents in the Studio software before it will be in print. On the settings tab page, so set the page size to 8.5 x 11 (or whatever size print vinyl sheet to use-just remember You have to take advantage of the size that Your printer can handle). Next, make sure You have registration enabled. You must have registration enabled for the machine cut the decals!

Next, open Your design in the software and set them against Your page. I take advantage of the design of this adorable stop by as a bonus with the font Unicorny for my sticker. Then drag to create a rectangle around all of Your designs. Next, set the limit setting until the yellow design with a complete. Finally, click "Trace outer Edge" to cause the cut line around the edge of the form respectively. The red line will come out around the edge of each design You where your silhouette will cut.

Now it's time to print! Load sheets of vinyl to Your printer so image will print the matte side. Click File > print to send the page to Your printer. Remember, vinyl is designed to work with inkjet printers. After it's done printing, it should come out like this:

The second step-applying the vinyl laminate.
At this point, You can simple cut and apply the decals to You, but if You want them to be endurance (and especially if You want them to be washed), then You should first apply a layer of laminate vinyl. On it's own, printable vinyl inkjet rated for most end of the pond throughout the year, but when You give an additional layer of laminate, it will walk all 4-5 years. If You chop together with silhouette, place the vinyl onto your mat to cut and load into the machine. Adjust the settings cut. For vinyl printed together with the arrangement of the laminate, I suggest these settings: blade: thickness/depth 2: 33, and the speed: 5.
Send the file to cut, and the machine will take advantage of the signal registration to cut along the edge of Your design. It's so cool!
